Since 2003, we have envisioned, influenced, and reimagined tradition. When design and innovation intersect there is a perfect moment – that is what we provide to our clients.

 

For us, producing an event is a visual narrative. The entire story of the couple is woven into every aspect of their design and production.

Our Philosophy

We approach each wedding as event architects.

Our team is comprised of professionally trained artists that come from the fashion, interior, and furniture design worlds. Alongside our planning and production teams, our in-house design team creates high-level design concepts, custom bars, lighting and staging, complex build-outs, and floral installations.

Lyndsey Hamilton

Creative Director

Lyndsey’s strong reputation grew organically throughout years of planning events. Her calm approach, distinct aesthetic, and ability to understand and execute her clients’ vision, creates the perfect fusion of function and style. Lyndsey approaches each event as unique, knowing her clients as individuals, to deliver impeccable events. While Lyndsey has had the pleasure of working for many notable families and business leaders throughout the world, she is known for her discretion, as she has the utmost respect for privacy. Lyndsey splits her time between California & New York.  Her work has been featured in various publications including: Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, The New York Times, L.A. Times, New York Magazine, C Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings. She was named as one of the top event producers in the world by “Harper’s Bazaar,” included on the Town & Country Weddings Advisory Board and listed by Martha Stewart Weddings as the “Top Planners in the US.”

Laura Leonard

Managing Producer

Coming from the custom stationery world with a background in graphic design, Laura has a keen sense for making her client’s vision a reality. Her creativity, organized approach, and dedication to her clients make her a natural fit for event production. Having graduated from Pratt Institute, Laura is as a natural designer and her career always had revolved around the events industry, from concerts, to fashion, and weddings – providing her with invaluable experience and a true passion for events big and small. Laura specializes producing in multi-day, destination tented events and  having lived in Brooklyn for fifteen years, she loves creating events in her own beautiful City!

Alexandra Deagle

Managing Designer

Alexandra began her career in event design and planning while working in Los Angeles in fashion.  Her vast experience in the events industry includes working for top event designers in Los Angeles and New York, one of New York’s premier caterers, and Aspen’s only five-star, five-diamond resort. Her eye for design, attention to (every little) detail, and passion for events are truly felt by her clients. Alexandra believes that every wedding is unique and should be a true reflection of the couple. She wants her clients to be excited about and really enjoy the process of planning their wedding. Alexandra graduated from Yale University and the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law and lives in Manhattan.

Melissa Colgan

Managing Designer

Melissa’s work has spanned the tiny (diamonds) to the giant (celebrity weddings: Erin Fetherston, Blake Lively and Kate Bosworth). She is a visual storyteller and weaves references far and wide to create impactful imagery and beautiful moments. At any given event, Melissa can been seen crafting paper chandeliers and chemically antiquing mirrors, or foraging fields for wild sage to incorporate into our table arrangements. Her work has appeared in national publications including Elle Decor, Veranda, Martha Stewart Weddings & Living, and House Beautiful. Melissa is obsessively attentive to detail, hopelessly romantic about the stories of objects, and has a deep appreciation for thoughtful and original design. 

Jeffery Spencer

Senior Producer

A veteran of luxury retail visual and special events, Jeffery strives to delight clients through his effortless production, design and creativity. His innovative use of space, the creation of environments and selection of materials in the production of impactful events and presentations, results in the most seamless of events.  He possesses a blend of understanding the big picture and focusing on details; flexible yet structured; passionate, focused, results oriented, tenacious and goal driven.  He is an adaptive problem solver with a unique perspective. Jeffery holds a BA in Promotional Communications and a MS in Fashion Design and lives in New York.

Noah Rojas-Derr

Destination Producer, Europe

Noah has worked for LHE since our first event. Noah’s calm demeanor and charming nature contribute to an innate ability to execute flawless events. Noah began planning events while working for various catering companies on both the east and west coast, gaining invaluable experience regarding how events function “behind the scenes.” Noah then managed an upscale event production company, eventually shifting his focus primarily to weddings and social events. Noah splits his time Madrid and the US, working with and bringing his charm to our international clients.
